Data processed
The operator may process a name, an email address, a phone number, company details and other data provided voluntarily in an enquiry. The website contains no personal data collection forms: enquiries arrive by email or messenger.
Legal grounds and retention
Processing is based on the user’s consent, on the need to answer an enquiry, to conclude or perform a contract, and on legal requirements. Data is kept no longer than the purpose of processing requires.
Protection of data
The operator takes organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying and distribution.
Rights of the user
A user may request information about the processing of their data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw consent by writing to winwin@epapers.ru.
